Mobile Hire

KCVYS has a mobile for hire at £10 per session. (in Medway, anything else is 45p per mile extra)

(A session is either am or pm after mid day)

Drivers must produce their drivers licence at time of hire. And

1) Undertake a familiarisation drive before using the mobile.

2) Check the vehicle, using the check list before driving.

3) Not to allow any unauthorised person to drive.

4) Report any accident or incidents involving the mobile immediately.

5) Hand in any receipts for diesel purchased when using the mobile. (You will be reimbursed or amount set against the bill for usage.)

6) Complete the log sheet.

7) Park the vehicle in the designated bay or if occupied a space on the left of the main gate.

8) Ensure all windows and doors are closed and or locked.

9) Keys returned to the:-

i) Office

ii) Retained for immediate further use

iii) Put in the red post box by front door (in an envelope marked KCVYS)

* as agreed at time of hiring.

10) Understand and follow accident reporting procedures including not admitting liability.
